GoldenGate suspected BUG: info all cannot view extract

Symptom:
Info all cannot view extract ext2, but info ext2 can display the status.
GGSCI (UNID1) 20> add extract ext2, SOURCEISTABLE
ERROR: EXTRACT EXT2 already exists.
GGSCI (UNID1) 21> info all

Analysis: the error is caused by a gg bug. The OS version is 11.2.1.0.5 and the OS version is OEL5.4.
Solution: delete EXT2 and recreate
GGSCI> delete extract EXT2
GSCI> add extract EXT2 <paramaters>
Verification:
GGSCI> INFO ALL
GGSCI> send extract EXT2, REPORT
GGSCI> view report EXT2
