However, it is certain that I have no chance to see DM for a long period of time. I cannot introduce the background of the DM project here, because this is a trade secret. Is DM a successful project? I think this is hard to say. You can say that it is a successful project, because it is successfully launched, and the Business uniformity of this project enables it not only to be used on the developed site, it can also be used on other sites. In this regard, it realizes the value of the product, and it is successful. But in the eyes of developers, This is a failed project. The result is that developers exchange countless overtime days and nights. It is not an ideal project. In addition, both in project management and development, it has taken a lot of detours. This may also be determined by the project budget, but from the developer's perspective, it is really not a successful project. I am deeply impressed by the fact that I have been in DM for so long, my best impression is that a large company can transfer and use resources at any time. In the most difficult time of development, we completed the assigned tasks even if we had no rest for 24 hours. However, the resources we need for dojo engineers are very scarce. The company will not hesitate to adjust resources from Sichuan lib to help us solve the problem. DM gave me the worst impression that it was a bad way to manage it. I think the most beneficial thing for DM is that I can fully understand the development process of a system and understand the problems solved by DM in the energy industry. There are many new projects in China every year, but there are not many projects in phase I. It is my pleasure to get up early to participate in a long-term large-scale Phase I project.
