Google acquired Mapabc and Tencent to launch satellite software

Google (Google.com) announced on April 1 that it had signed an agreement to acquire Mapabc (Beijing Tumeng Technology Co., Ltd ). This acquisition will allow Google to successfully enter the map market in China, and also put a lot of chess in the global integration of Google's map service.
