Google Toolbar

Internet information search is the second largest network application after email. Almost all Internet users use a search engine to find information. Therefore, for Internet users, search engines have become an indispensable helper for surfing the Internet.
Among many search engines, Google is increasingly popular with users for its precise query, powerful functions, and fast speed. Google is currently the most frequently used search engine for pure search applications. If you have used a search engine but have never heard of Google, you can only say that you are too ignorant!

Google's consistent goal is to become the best search engine. To meet users' needs, Google Toolbar is one of its measures to facilitate user information search. After you download and install the Toolbar, it is closely integrated with the IE browser Toolbar (Figure 1). You can directly enter keywords in the Toolbar and call the Google engine for search, instead of accessing the Google homepage before searching. In addition, there are many convenient and practical functions that can be easily put away after you use them a few times. Of course, once you get used to the Google toolbar, you will be dependent on the Google engine. Anyway, I am using almost no other engines except Google. However, since Google is very powerful, even if there are such side effects, I think the netizens can still accept them.
Now that we know what Google Toolbar is for, we will give a comprehensive introduction to it in terms of installation, functional interfaces, and settings.

Installation and uninstallation of Google Toolbar must be performed online at http://toolbar.google.com /. Currently, Windows OS versions are supported, but browser requirements must be higher than Internet Explorer 5.0. Google provides tool bar downloads in multiple languages. Unfortunately, there is no Chinese version yet.(Note). However, Google welcomes your translation of the tool bar. If you are interested, visit here.
On the toolbar installation page, follow the prompts to complete related operations step by step. We recommend that you use the advanced function installation mode, and then restart the browser to use the toolbar. If you do not have special requirements, you can keep the default settings unchanged. Otherwise, you can adjust the settings on the toolbar settings page.
(Note): Google added Google Toolbar Chinese simplified and traditional version downloads in May 2002.
