I have read the RedHat as4.0 hard disk installation tutorial on the Internet. Many servers on the Internet use this tutorial. Now I will be able to use RedHat advanse server later.
1. copy four ISO files to a unified directory, for example, C: rhas4, and manually create autoboot. the bat content is as follows, and the first ISO file is uncovered, so that all functions of the isolinux directory can be CP to rhas4/DOS, loadlin from dosutils on the first disk of rhAS 3.0 is also admitted to the DOS directory.
2. Edit autoboot. bat
Loadlin vmlinuz initrd = initrd. IMG ramdisk_size = 9216% 1% 2% 3% 4% 5% 6% 7% 9
Note: loadlin.exe vmlinuz and initrd. IMG are in the same directory as autoboot. bat.
3. Enter the pure DOS command and then press autoboot. bat.
If you do not have autoboot. BAT and loadin.exe, you can download them below. Decompress the package to isoimage and you can use it directly.
