① GVim in Windows: by default, gVim supports displaying GBK encoded files. When the file is UTF-8, garbled Chinese content appears. {Solution: Enable gVim internal code to support displaying UTF-8 format}

Ctrl +: Enter setencoding = UTF-8 to convert the gVim internal code to UTF-8.

② GVim in Windows: the GB Language Pack is used by default. When gVim internal encoding is set to UTF-8, Chinese character encoding will be garbled. {Solution: Use language packs that support UTF-8 and contain Chinese encoding}
