Among them: Respond.js is a fast, lightweight polyfill that provides Queries and min-width features of media queries for Ie6-8 and other browsers that do not support CSS3 media max-width, enabling responsive web design (R Esponsive Web Design). (Grid system) Html5shiv enables browsers that do not support HTML5 to support HTML5 new tags, IE 9 supports HTML5, but its version is not supported.
