Ii. acceptance basis
Notice of the People's Bureau of Beijing Municipality on resolving the issue of separation between husband and wife of archive persons of private science and technology and high-tech industrial units in the municipal, district, and county Talent Service Centers (beijingfa [1997] No. 106)

Iii. Acceptance Criteria
Professional and technical personnel and management personnel of high-tech enterprises who conduct personnel agency at the Talent Service Center in Haidian District, Beijing. This person has a permanent residence in Beijing and has been hired by Beijing enterprises for more than one year, if the spouse is a cadre (including a hiring cadre) and meets any of the following conditions, you can apply for it:
1. Persons with senior professional technical titles and archive for one year.
2. Persons with master's or intermediate professional technical titles who have been archived for 2 years.
3. Both husband and wife graduated from a bachelor's degree and filed in Beijing for three years.
4. If you are in Beijing for 30 years old and archive for 5 years, your spouse has an intermediate or higher professional technical title and is urgently needed in our city.
Advanced individuals who have obtained doctoral degrees or obtained awards and awards from provincial/municipal departments or above during their work may not be subject to the restrictions listed above.
If the archive is archived in the Talent Service Center of the municipal, district, and County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the archive time (excluding the archive time of other talent service organizations) can be calculated cumulatively.

Iv. Application Materials
1. written application by the Organization (head-up: Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau );
2. For a written application by the Beijing party and its spouse, the application signature must be written by hand;
3. original and photocopy of the ID card and marriage certificate of both husband and wife;
4. original and photocopy of both husband and wife's degree certificate and title certificate;
5. original and photocopy of the approved certificate of high-tech enterprises;
6. original and photocopy of the enterprise business license;
7. original and photocopy of the household account;
8. The person to be transferred receives the letter from the Beijing receiving unit, and the contact person and contact number are indicated in the letter of receipt;
9. Two copies of the "approval form for cadres to be transferred to Beijing" and three copies of the "Registration Form for mobilizing personnel;
10. If the number of children whose children are less than 16 years old (high school or not) can be migrated with the migration, the school certificate issued by the Ministry of Education and Education of the school shall be required, the original and copies of the non-work certificates and household registration documents issued by the local labor department;
11. Fill in the archive personnel registration form, which is stamped by the company and then verified and stamped with the talent service center in Haidian District (see the attachment)

13. V. Acceptance Procedure
1. A person from Beijing submits a written application to the employer;
2. The employer prepares all the application materials and sends them to the Haidian District Talent Service Center for review of the separation between husband and wife. After the materials are correctly reviewed, the employer will send a transfer letter to the Beijing Foreign Party;
3. Submit the archive review to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval;
4. After the application is approved, the Beijing and household registration transfer procedures will be handled as required.
