Run regedit.exe to start the Registry Editor.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/controlset002/UnderServices and CurrentControlSet/servicesFindOracleorahome92tnslistenerItem, right-click in the right window,New/string, NameImagePath.

Double-click "CREATE", and enter "D:/Oracle/ora92/bin/tnslsnr. EXE" in "value data" (modify according to your actual situation.

Double-click on the service again.Oracleorahome92tnslistenerSee its"Executable File Path"The column shows the correct value. Now you can start the listener.
