I am usually busy with my work, so I didn't pay much attention to my mobile phone consumption. I just paid 50 yuan for my mobile phone bill a few days ago. I called yesterday and was suddenly told that I had overdue payments. Somehow, I had to recharge 50 quickly, when I got home from work in the evening, I checked the received text message and was told that the balance was about 40 yuan. I rely on it (I really don't want to swear )!!
So I went online to the online business office and checked my bill for the current month. Somehow I had two additional value-added services. Who told me where I came from ???
Next, we will introduce ~ The bill for June was also checked (I can only find it online for the past few months, but I didn't find it again. I guess I need to check it in the on-site business office ...), I really don't know. I was shocked. In the past few months, I was inexplicably charged the so-called "mobile value-added fee", which accounts for a large proportion of the usage of phone bills.
Attached below:
PS: the bill shows the value-added service fee, but I cannot find the value-added service subscription information on the corresponding value-added service page, that's not to mention unsubscribing...
There are several other highlights. The charging standards for the same value-added service over the past few months (game currency and cost ratio) are actually different; basically, most of the value-added services and phone bills are or (the game coins used to play online games were not so valuable ).
I complained to the mobile customer service. When no one answered the call at the beginning, I complained about the message online and talked with the other party twice:
1st calls: I first told me that these value-added services are normally consumed, and even the customer mm claimed to be playing with the value, so there was no exception (I was thinking, why is it so clever? Does the other party actually use these value-added services, so they do not have to make any comments ...);
I asked: Am I using this number alone? Do these value-added services require a corresponding SIM card to send a reply text message for fee deduction?
The other party explicitly told me that I had to reply to the SMS via the SIM card of my mobile phone to pay for the fee, and later said that I would like to confirm with the technical staff...
2nd calls: I still told me that charges will only be charged if I confirm through my mobile phone. I asked if I didn't use the SIM card on my mobile phone, other technical means can also be used to generate fraudulent data. The other party tells me that it is not possible. It also says that a confirmation text message is sent to me each time the fee is charged, saying that this is a normal charge.
As a result, I am in a mess, and my cell phone never receives the relevant information. The other party insisted that the server had a record, not to mention whether the text message sent by the other party was accurate to the user's site, I remember where I used to see text message-related technical articles. If you send a text message, it does not mean that the other party will receive the text message, because the text message is sent only, regardless of whether or not the other party receives the text message. If this is the case, is it open to question whether to use text message communication to charge user fees?
In addition, you can use some technical means to disguise the text message as a corresponding SIM card number and send it to the Mobile Server. The other party will be charged only when it receives the text message, it does not matter whether the reply message is actually sent from the host.
No way, I want to change to China Unicom or China Telecom, and I checked my mother online. It turns out that the world is black... If the problem persists, it seems that it just jumps from one fire pit to another.
Bytes -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Currently, the 3G network has been activated, and smartphones are all at the prices of cabbage. In the past, communication fees were frequently collected, and now the upgrade was made, and value-added service fees were collected ..
People usually consume more and more videos, games, novels, and music on their mobile phones... There are pitfalls everywhere...
The younger brother has poor technical skills and does not know how the above technologies are actually implemented.
You can complain about the same patient.
I was thinking:
1. Is the SMS billing method safe and reasonable?
2. Are there any natural technical vulnerabilities between the SMS sender and receiver?
