I wonder if you have found that the speed of sending files to chat friends in China Telecom ADSL is very slow recently. I did not care about this problem before. Today, when I used FTP, I found that the speed of the Connection established in just a few seconds can reach 50 KB/s at full speed, and then it becomes only a few kb/s, even 0, and the speed of the reconnection starts to reach full speed in a few seconds, and then drops suddenly. it can only be said that it is the same as the red blood, it is too urgent.


In addition, I found that the commonly used operations, such as sending attachments by email for more than 1 MB and sending files by MSN, have been affected. It takes me ten minutes to send an attachment.
