Help everyone! RHEL5SAMBA service problems

After samba is configured, we find that smb cannot be disabled...
After the configuration is complete, you can connect to yourself. After changing something, you don't know how to connect yourself.
[Root @ localhost ~] # Smbclient-L \ 192.168.65.129
Error connecting to 192.168.65.129 (Connection denied)
Connection to 192.168.65.129 failed (Error NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

Cannot close either.
[Root @ localhost ~] # Service smb stop
Disable the SMB service: [failed]
Disable NMB service: [failed]

The following is my smb Configuration

Guest OK = Yes

I can check the three ports.
Netbios-ns 137/tcp # NETBIOS Name Service
Netbios-ns 137/udp
Netbios-dgm 138/tcp # NETBIOS datemediservice
Netbios-dgm 138/udp
Netbios-ssn 139/tcp # NETBIOS session service
Netbios-ssn139/udp

When I finally shut down
Shutdown smb service is also failed

The old birds can help me see it online !!!
