[Help] when creating a connection through the virtual serial port, the system prompts "the requested service cannot be completed due to insufficient system resources".

Environment: The system environment is win7. The tool used to create virtual serial ports is Npadm of version 1.12, and the program language is c #.

The program has been running well before. I don't know why recently. When the program service starts and creates a serial port connection, the program log records "insufficient system resources. The requested service cannot be completed .". I thought it was a virtual serial port problem. I reinstalled the Npadm but it was not solved. I thought it was a system environment problem. After the system was reinstalled, it started quite well. After a while, the problem was reproduced.
