To help developers submit software/games to the marketplace on Windows Phone 7, Microsoft combines the original marketplace developer site with the xNa developer site into a new "app Hub ".

Before that, developers must have two independent accounts. One is the developer account of marketplace and the other is the xNa creator club account of Xbox. After registering here, you can either submit the software to Windows Phone or a game written by xNa to Windows Phone 7 or Xbox Live.

If you submit free software (even if you submit Free Software, your app hub account must be a paid account), you can only submit five. If you submit more than five, you will have to pay 19.99 USD for each.

For Xbox Live Games on Xbox 360, you can only submit 10. However, the student account of dreamspark cannot submit the game.
