A laptop that can access the Internet normally. The two computers have the same configuration, but cannot ping the gateway 192.168.1.1. This is strange to me. I checked it and did not prohibit the ping, WPA-PSK security encryption is used. I used ipconfig/all to check that everything is normal, that is, I cannot access the Internet.

Computers that cannot access the Internet can work normally in the company (also wireless). There is no problem. This can ensure that the router is reset at home and the factory settings are restored, I initially determined that there was a problem with the vro settings, but I was unable to find the crux of the problem.
