Heterodoxy Office can also be used as a picture-processing software

Office is a family of unity, and if there are any thorny issues, the three "Big brothers" in Word, Excel and PowerPoint will not be processed, and all the other Office components are going to help. This time, the marketing manager needs to deal with a batch of photos for a business presentation, the usual seemingly obscure Clip Organizer and picture Manager. Two little brothers volunteered to help Big Brother PowerPoint.

During a business presentation, weekly manager often adds small pictures to PowerPoint presentations to make the slides more lively. He thought of office Clip Organizer. When you click insert → clip art in PowerPoint, the Clip Organizer starts. Entering a theme for a picture in the search text field, such as the dollar sign, specifying the search scope and the type of result, quickly shows a number of results, including the contents of many Office clips on the web. Mr. Zhou chooses one of his favorites and clicks "Insert" (Figure 1).

After inserting a photo of the product into PowerPoint, Manager Zhou needs to deal with the picture according to the background color of the slide to make the color more harmonious. Select this picture and click "Picture tools → format → recolor", where PowerPoint offers a number of built-in coloring schemes that make it easy to change the color of the picture (Figure 2). First, the photo importer: Click "file → add picture shortcut", find the location of the photo save, click "Add". Next, click the Edit Picture button in the right-hand navigation bar to select all the photos you want to edit in the task pane, and then do a variety of processing of the pictures as you would in PowerPoint (Figure 4). After the adjustment is complete, you can click "Save" or "Save All" to apply the changes to the picture.

After adjusting the picture in Office Picture Manager, Mr. Zhou inserts them directly into PowerPoint: Click "file → send to →microsoft Office" and select "PowerPoint presentation" in the "Send Picture" option box, below "Options" Select "Original Size" and click "Send" (Figure 5). PowerPoint creates a new presentation and then places a picture for each slide. This eliminates the weekly manager's repeated copying and pasting. Next, all he had to do was add a textual description of each picture.
