Interestingly, the advent of high-end UTM is only the beginning. According to IDC's recent disclosures, Juniper, Crossbeam, and Check Point also have plans to launch similar products. In addition, Fortinet China sales director Sheng to reporters that the current market high-end UTM have achieved more than gigabit throughput rate, including the speed of the firewall and wire-speed VPN support, which greatly reduces the sensitivity of the application of the network delay or jitter impact.

In other words, the advent of high-end UTM can help enterprise users implement technical solutions from remote offices to rack based, integrated management and reporting capabilities.
