High-quality software development?

I had long wanted to investigate this problem. I had no voting system in the blog park, so I couldn't help it.

My questions are as follows:

1. During project development, the entire project/system is "non-blank, non-Annotated"Source codeHow many rows are there? How many lines does a comment have? (Does it mean that there are too many comments? All I know is that the larger the number of system comments, the more comments may even reach .)CodeThe growth of scale is always noticed. However, the following two questions are not necessarily true.

2. How many XML (or similar) configuration files are there in the project/system? How many independent documents (not comments in the Code) are there to address these problems? (It means that your configuration file has been taken seriously? No? After that, no one found out how to configure some long-time files? Is there a new configuration file to complete or partially complete the original configuration? Are you confused about which configurations are useful and those are useless? Do you know which part of the code is actually managed by a configuration ?)

3. How many independent development auxiliary documents (or teaching materials) are there in the project/system )? (Or, how many lines of code have such an independent document? This marks a painful index for educating new employees. In general, there is a lack of teaching materials and sample code. Of course, it can let the novice directly enter the code of a certain story, but is it highly efficient? In addition, is there a lot of underlying things that few people can fully clarify? What are the risks of the entire project as these people leave ?)

4. How many interfaces are open to third parties in the project/system? Is there a fully managed independent document for each document? (Or are these third-party interfaces clear, for example, which are already abandoned and which are still used by which third parties ?) Similarly, are the interfaces provided by third parties you use and related documents managed? Or will it disappear after development?

5. How many databases (and tables) are there in the project/system )? Is each independent document clear the definition and meaning of each table and column? (Or are all tables and columns still in use? Used by that part of the code ?)
