Generally, an external link site with a PR score greater than or equal to 6 can significantly increase your PR score. However, if this external link site already has 100 other external links, the PR score you can get is almost zero. Similarly, if the PR value of an external link site is only 2, but you are the only external link, then the PR value you get is much greater than the PR value of 6, the number of external links is 100.
