The problem of blind thinking.

This week for in-group projects. We have completed the requirements analysis and the summary design. There are some things that are completely impossible to write about in demand analysis and summary design. such as the accuracy of response time and data processing time. We can only refer to other similar projects, by grasping the package to refer to the time we need to set.

And there's not enough time to find out. Four weeks to complete this small project, and the group of personnel knowledge level is not uniform, difficult to synchronize. It takes some time to run. At the same time, the existing framework is not familiar with the use of source code completion can not be based on the amount of quality. So this may be the problem to be faced with later.

So we started this week with a detailed design to get into the coding phase as early as possible.
