Host + Virtual Machine Ubuntu + Development Board ping each other

Here are my IP settings: Local Connection IP Address: 192.168.1.23 subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1 & nbs

Development Board IP Address: 192.168.1.230
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Preferred DNS: 202.96.128.86
Virtual Machine Ubuntu IP: 192.168.1.108
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Preferred DNS: 202.96.128.86

In the bridge mode, choose edit-> Vitual Network Editor from the VMWARE Virtual Machine and select your local Nic from the bridge settings in VMnet0 (I asked it to automatically select it before, as a result, the wireless Nic may be selected, so the virtual machine cannot Ping the Development Board --!). For example:
 

Static IP addresses must be set for the host, virtual machine, and Development Board respectively, and must be in the same network segment, such as 192.168.1. * (* the backend is different). Other subnet masks, gateways, and DNS are set to the same.
Connect the development board network cable to the host, and ping it to connect to the host ~ For example:
