In the bridge mode, choose edit-> Vitual Network Editor from the VMWARE Virtual Machine and select your local Nic from the bridge settings in VMnet0 (I asked it to automatically select it before, as a result, the wireless Nic may be selected, so the virtual machine cannot Ping the Development Board --!).
