Host uses wireless Nic vmwarevm network settings-Bridge
Host uses Windows 7 SP1 flagship, wireless NICs use TP-Link mini wireless USB Nic TL-WN823N, virtual machine software use VMware®Workstation 9.0.2 build-1031769. The Virtual Machine System is Windows 7 SP1 flagship edition.
1. Host Network settings-share a wireless Network with VMware Network Adapter VMnet8
2. Vmware Network Adapter settings -- bridging Bridged
3. Virtual Machine local network-enter the static IP address assigned to the Virtual Machine in ipv4 mode. The setting method is similar to that of the host network.
Note:
1. I used to connect a virtual machine to a USB wireless network card. After the virtual machine uses an unlimited network card, the host will not be able to see the wireless network card (I don't know how to allow the host and the virtual machine to access the USB device at the same time-USB flash drive, wireless network card, and fuse). In this way, you need to start the VMUSBArbService of the host.
2. Vmware-related services on the host-I have set them to manually start after startup, and these services are not started when bridging is used.
