The specific steps are as follows:
1. Open the Geometry artboard software, click Draw Point on the Drawing menu, Draw points C ( -2,0), D (3,0), and use the segment ruler tool to construct segment CDs.

2. Select the Segment CD, and click Point on line Segment on the Build menu to construct point E. Select Point E, click on the "Measurement" menu "horizontal axis" to point e of the horizontal axis xe.

3. Click the "Calculate" command under the Data menu to calculate the Y value as shown in the following figure.

4. Select the Xe, Y value, click Draw (X,y), get f.
