Yesterday we introduced some screenshots and feature restrictions for the Windows 7 Starter version, and today we are looking at what is the difference between Windows 7 with the most preinstalled home basic in the Vista era.
Windows 7 Home Basic is a bit like the Windows 7 Starter version, and you can't right-click-personalize the wallpaper, but you can right-click the picture-set to the desktop background. Now I can only comfort myself, this is only temporary phenomenon, after all, Microsoft has repeatedly stressed that users are how much like personalization, how much like to beautify their own computer. So, in addition to the limitations of three programs, the difference between home basic and starter is really too small.
