Method 1: press Delete
When a blank page is displayed in Word, the Delete key can solve the problem.
Method 2: Delete a paging character
Sometimes the blank page is quite stubborn, and the Delete key cannot compete with it at all. In this case, the general problem occurs on the "paging character. You only need to delete the page break.
In general, we can go to the common view or open the editing tag to see the pagination character. Press the Backspace key at the top of the blank page (press the Backspace key twice if it fails at one time ), the page break can be deleted.
Of course, if there are many paging characters, you can use edit-replace-advanced-special character-manual paging character-replace all.
Method 3: narrow down the table
If a table occupies a whole page and the last carriage return cannot be deleted on the second page, you can narrow down the table or set the margins above or below to a smaller value. This operation can be completed in file/page settings.
Method 4: modify the text format
If the blank pages are caused by the format of the last few lines of text, you can adjust the parameters such as the font line spacing.
