How can I determine whether a webpage is a blog homepage?

Recently, I encountered a problem. How can I determine from a group of links whether a link is a blog homepage link?

Start with the location where the blog is stored:
1. A blog hosted by BSP generally adopts a blog system developed independently by open source or BSP;
2. Open-source blog systems are generally used for blogs stored in personal spaces. Most blogs stored in personal spaces are blogger with relatively high professional values.
