When a computer, laptop, or mobile phone is connected to a vro's Wi-Fi signal (wireless network), if you can find the wireless signal but cannot connect to it, perform the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
Solution
If you connect to another user's wireless signal or enter an incorrect wireless password, the signal cannot be connected. Log on to the vro interface and confirm the wireless signal name and password.
Confirmation method: After logging on to the vro management interface, you can view the wireless signal name and password, as shown in the following figure:
Some routers needWireless Settings View the SSID (Wireless name) inWireless security settings View the wireless password.
If the vro enables wireless MAC address filtering or disables the terminal, the connection fails. We recommend that you disable the filtering function of the vro first.
Disable wireless

Log on to the vro page and click

UnbanYou can.
The terminal device is too far away from the router or has many wall partitions and obstacles in the middle. As a result, the wireless signal received by the terminal is weak, and thus the terminal cannot connect to the signal.
We recommend that you connect the terminal to the vro and connect the wireless signal at a close distance.
If you have modified the wireless password but have not modified the signal name, the wrong wireless configuration file will be saved on the computer, causing the router to fail to connect. Please try to delete the configuration file.
The following uses the Window 7 system as an example to describe the deletion method.
Right-click the wireless network icon in the lower right corner of the computer, and click
Open Network and Sharing Center, Find and click
Manage wireless networks, As shown in the following figure:
Find the wireless signal to be deleted, right-clickDelete a network, As shown in the following figure:
For other operating system settings, see How to delete the wireless configuration file of a wireless terminal.
The terminal does not support the wireless encryption method set by the router, or the wireless signal name contains Chinese or special characters, which may cause the terminal to be unable to connect wirelessly.
We recommend that you modify the Wireless name of the vro, cancel the wireless encryption, and then use the terminal to connect wirelessly.
Setting method: Log on to the vro interface.
Network StatusOn the left side of the interface, you can modify wireless parameters, as shown in the following figure:
Some routersWireless Settings ModifyingSSID(Wireless name), InWireless security settings SelectDisable wireless security.
The number of wireless terminals connecting to a vro is limited. If a large number of wireless terminals are connected (the maximum number has been reached), other wireless terminals cannot connect to the wireless signals of the vro.
We recommend that you disconnect other wireless terminals, reduce the number of connected terminals on the router, and try wireless connection again.
Use other wireless terminals to connect to the wireless signals of the vro and test whether the connection is successful. If other wireless terminals can successfully connect to the wireless signal, it is recommended to check the problems of the terminal itself.
If none of the above methods can solve the problem, please try to reset the router and reset it.
