How can I remove the heap of sudo words?

How can I remove the heap of sudo words? -- Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. For details, refer to the following section. I recently updated ubuntu9.04, but the following words appear when sudo is used.

We trust you have got ed the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

#1) Respect the privacy of others.
#2) Think before you type.
#3) With great power comes great responsibility.

If sudo needs to see these words every time, it occupies a lot of screen space, which is very confusing. I don't know how to remove them. Who knows ~ (Let alone Let me search. I have already done it)
