How can I solve the problem that Samsung does not receive a prompt message from a mobile phone?

Step 1. Disable the "disable all sounds" option on your phone.

When using a mobile phone, you may receive text messages without Prompts. This is not a machine fault. You can solve this problem by using the following methods:

 

1. Click application on the standby page ].

 

2. Click set ].

 

3. Click my device ].

 

4. Move the screen up and select auxiliary functions ].

 

5. Slide the screen up and remove the hook for closing all sounds.

 

Step 2. Check whether the phone sound is enabled.

1. On the standby page, slide down the screen curtain with your fingers.

 

2. Set "mute" to "sound ].

 

Step 3. Check whether "block mode" is enabled for the mobile phone ".

1. On the standby page, slide down the screen curtain with your fingers.

 

2. Move the taskbar above the screen to the left and click block mode. The gray color indicates that the task is disabled.

 

 

 

Step 4. Check whether the mobile phone notification volume is enabled.

1. On the standby page, press the side volume key and click the [gear] icon.

 

2. Increase the notification volume.

 

Step 5. Check whether the text message ringtone is set to mute.

1. On the "standby" page, click "information ].

2. Click menu in the lower left corner of the phone and select set ].

3. Slide the screen up and hook up the notification.

 

4. Click Select ringtone ].

5. Click media storage and select only once ]. (Note: If no third-party software such as "91 Assistant" is installed on your mobile phone, you will jump directly to step 1 .)

6. In the ringtone list, check whether it is set to mute. If it is set to mute, select another ringtone and click OK.

 

 

If the mobile phone is still unavailable after the above operation, we recommend that you send the mobile phone to the designated service center of Samsung to allow engineers to check the machine.
