1. Right-click "Start" on the computer, find the "command prompt (administrator)" command, and click it to open the cmd mode.

Note: it must be an administrator, otherwise it will not take effect.

2. In cmd mode, enter "reg delete hklm \ software \ microsoft \ sqmclient \ windows \ disabledsessions/va/f" and press enter, as shown in the figure.

After you press enter, we will run our software again and find that the software cannot be installed and the problem has been solved. I hope it will help you.
