1, complete exit ITunes.exe and AppleMobileDeviceService.exe process. Then start the itunes software again to see if you can open the software.

2, if still can not open, then open the Uninstall tool, such as Windows Add and Remove Programs, QQ software management. Open QQ Software Management, switch to the "Software Uninstall" navigation tab.

3, in the uninstall interface to find itunes, and then click on the right side of the "Uninstall" button to uninstall the software. After the uninstall completes, open the itunes Software installation package and reinstall the software.

4, after installation again open the itunes software, should be able to solve this problem, of course, some itunes needs of the service must be started, if for some reason is prohibited, you can right-click the computer, in the management of services to open.
