How can I successfully configure LinuxGPRS to access the Internet?

How can I successfully configure LinuxGPRS to access the Internet? -- Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. For details, refer to the following section. Big Brother, I want to use the gprs network on wvdial in linux. The serial port has already connected a gprs modem that can successfully access the internet in the window. The hardware is absolutely no problem!
The configuration of my wvdial. conf file is as follows:
