In Windows 8.1, the IE 11 browser is provided and cannot be deleted. You can only bind it to the browser. In the system "control panel-programs and functions-enable or disable the Windows function ".

1. In Windows 8.1, click "settings" under the super menu and select "control panel", as shown in the following figure;

2. In the pop-up "control panel", find the "program" option and click it to enter;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Then, find "turn on and off windows", and you will find "Internet explorer 11". Now we only need to cancel the preceding check box.

Now we have no IE 11 browser. We can try to install an earlier version of IE.
