How can we design a product that users like?

I have read a lot of books before, and I have read a lot of theories above. I basically didn't understand it. I 've been busy with my recent work, So I sorted out my previous projects, I found many problems. In the final analysis, I don't know how to create a product from the beginning.

The following are my own ideas over the past two days.

Who am I, where I am from, where I am going.

Before doing a product, we also need to analyze these three aspects: What product do I want to do? What should I do? Why do users choose my items? What products should I do? 1. Who are the users and what are their characteristics? 2. What are the application scenarios? 3. what should I do if the product can meet their needs? 1. first, find out what the user needs and what the needs are. Methods: user survey, competitive product analysis, and data analysis. 2. how can we meet the requirements: Why should users select me for feature splitting? What advantages do I have in comparison with similar products? 1. we have all the features of similar products and do better than others. it solves the problems they have not solved and has a unique functional goal: to make users feel good at using them!
