Method/Step

First click the "Close Program" in the dialog box to automatically check the solution online without windows, because it doesn't solve anything at all.

While holding down the CTRL + ALT + Del key, Windows Explorer will appear on your computer and click the last "Start Task Manager" (T) in five options to pop up a Windows Explorer dialog box.

On the Processes tab, locate the "Explorer.exe" application process, find "end process" at the bottom right, and click OK.
