How can I adjust the minute-hand and hour-hand of my watch !?

I couldn't find the manual, but I can briefly explain how to tune the table.
 
First, press the lower left button to select the HS mode. Press and hold the top left button for about two seconds until the time and minute start to flash, then, press the upper and lower buttons on the right to adjust the pointer.
 
Press the lower-right button to turn the pointer clockwise for 20 seconds, and press the upper-right button to turn the pointer counter-clockwise for 20 seconds. Hold down one of the buttons to make the pointer rotate at high speed
 
After the adjustment is complete, press the upper left button to OK.
