How do I clear the paper jam? (SL-M2876HN, SL-M2676FH)

Step 1. Clear the cards on the paper disk

If the machine is stuck in the paper area, open and close the front cover. The stuck paper will automatically exit the printer. If not, follow these steps:

1. Pull out the paper tray.

 

 

 

2. Gently pull out the paper jam.

 

 

 

If you do not pull the paper jam, or there is no paper in this area, check the timer area near the toner box. (Click here to query the machine's internal paper extraction operations .)

 

3. Load the paper disk back to the printer and card it in place. The printing will be automatically restored.

 

 

Step 2. Clear the cards in the manual paper tray

1. Remove the stuck paper from the manual paper tray.

 
 

2. Open and close the front cover.

3. After the paper is installed in the manual paper reader, the printer will resume printing.
