How do I determine which hard disk is from the error log in the log?

In the system log, when you see ATAPI and disk errors, how do you determine which hard disk is wrong based on the error message?
I believe that a lot of friends have encountered this problem, then I would like to say this thing:
When you see "DeviceIdeIdePort3" or "DeviceHarddisk1" in the error message, IDEPORT3 corresponds to "Disk 3" in Disk Management, and "Harddisk1" corresponds to "Disk 0"

That is, the number behind the ideport corresponds to the number one by one behind the disk, and the number following the harddisk minus 1 corresponds to the number after the disk

ideport0-> Disk 0
ideport1-> Disk 1
Ideport2-> Disk 2
Ideport3-> Disk 3

harddisk1-> Disk 0
harddisk2-> Disk 1
Harddisk3-> Disk 2
Harddisk4-> Disk 3

How do I determine which hard disk is from the error log in the log?
