You write public/common/css/bootstrap.min.css of course there is no hint, and phpstorm do not know public is a variable, it will be treated as a public folder.
My solution is another 引入当前目录 bootstrap.min.css , and then the page is finished deleting this link

There will be a hint, and a little bit more slowly will appear.

Use a good notepad. Storm was too heavy.


