How can you get them on a piece of paper?
In Excel 2010, you can try this:
Open the Excel document that you want to print, and then click File-> Print.
Under Settings, click the small arrow next to No zoom, and from the Drop-down menu, select Adjust sheet to one page.
So we can open the full table on the same page.
Ps:
In the Print Preview window, we can look at the overall page setup. Sometimes it takes a little bit of tweaking, and we usually click Page Setup to do the action.
In fact, there is a simpler way: just drag and drop the mouse to adjust the settings.
Click the "Show Margins" button at the bottom right of the preview window;
The preview window appears with some gray lines and black nodes, and you can easily adjust the page settings by dragging them with your mouse.
