You can print a preview without a printer.
When you press Excel's Print Preview button on a computer that does not have a printer installed, Excel in Office 2003 prompts you not to install the printer and cannot print the preview. In fact, just click "Start" → "settings" → "printer", and then double-click the "Add Printer" item, and then install a printer driver casually.
