One, set the underline of the character

When you set a character underline, you should usually select text, and if you click the Underline button and then type the character, the text you type will be underlined before the underscore is canceled.

You can use the following methods to set the underline of a character.

Use the Underline button in the Ribbon

When text is selected, clicking the Underline button in the start Ribbon adds the selected character to the default underline format. If you click the triangle on the right side of the Underline button, you can turn on a simple underline style selection, as shown in the following illustration, where you can choose a common underline style. If the underline styles listed do not meet the needs of the user, you can also click the other underline command to open the Font dialog box to set up.
