1. Enter formatted text in Windows Notepad, where each data item is separated by a space, but you can also use commas, semicolons, and tabs as delimiters. After the input is complete, save the text file and exit;
2. In Excel, open the text file you just saved, the Text Import Wizard-3 Steps 1 dialog box appears, select separator symbol, and click Next.
3. In the Text Guide Wizard-3 Steps 2 dialog box, select the text data entry separator, Excel provides the TAB key, semicolon, comma, and space for you to choose from. Note that several of the separator symbol options here should be radio. You can see the effect of vertical bar separation in preview column effects. Click "Next";
4. In the Text Guide Wizard-3 Steps 3 dialog box, you can set the type of data, generally do not need to change, Excel automatically set to the "General" format. The general data format converts numeric values to numeric formats, date values are converted to date formats, and the rest of the data is converted to text format. Click the Finish button.
