How do I manipulate custom picture borders in PowerPoint 2013
1. Start PowerPoint 2013 and open the presentation and select a picture on the slide that requires a custom border. Then on the Picture Tools-Format tab, in the Picture Styles group, click the Picture Border button, select the Dashed option in the open list, and then select the appropriate option in the cascading list to set the line style, as shown in Figure 1.

2, click the Picture Border button, select the Weight option in the open list, and then select the appropriate option in the cascading list to set the thickness of the line, as shown in Figure 2. Click the Picture Border button to set the color of the line in the theme Colors column of the Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 3.

3, click the Picture Border button, select the Dotted line option in the Open list, and select the other lines option in the cascading list to open the Format Picture pane, where you can set the border lines in more detail. For example, set the line type to solid in the dash type list, as shown in Figure 4, and select the three-wire option in the composite type list, as shown in Figure 5.
