How do I modify Windows 7 permissions to the highest administrator permissions?

1. On the computer desktop we right-click "Computer" and select "Admin Options" as shown in the following image.

2. Then we are in the pop-up "Computer Management" in the following figure there are many options, we do not look down first.

3. Now we click on the left "Local Users and Groups" as shown in the following figure.

4. After clicking on Local users and groups, some options appear on the right.

5. Here we click on the user, then there will be a large number of users, as shown in the following figure

6. Here we will see that there is an administrator user is disabled, we just start him on it, right click on the user, and then click on the properties in the property panel we put the next figure red box to cancel the check to make sure.
