How do i paste a command into a DOS command prompt window to run?

Under the WinXP:

1, click "Start → run", in the pop-up Run dialog box input cmd, click the "OK" button to open the Command Prompt window

2. First copy the command that needs to be run, click Right in the Red section of the Command Prompt window, select Edit from the pop-up shortcut menu, select Paste, and paste the command into a command prompt window, where you can perform multiline commands one at a time and paste a batch file directly into the run.

In Vista:

1, click "Start", in the pop-up Search dialog box input cmd, click on the Keyboard return button to open the Command Prompt window

2, first copy need to run the command, in the "Command Prompt" window anywhere right button--> paste can.
