1, open to be the console, click on the upper left corner to be icon, in the Drop-down menu click Install and License--> on other servers to install agents and Backup Exec server;
2, in the Open Installation Wizard, click Add--> Add a single computer;
3, select the product Agent for Windows to install;
4, the installation of the screen prompts, enter the name of the target server, as well as its local administrator rights of the user name, password and domain;
5, the screen shows the default installation path (C:Program filessymantecbackup execraws), you can change the installation path as needed.
Note: This path cannot be a removable drive or a network drive.
6. Check "Allow agent for Windows to publish the IP address and name of the remote computer to the backup Exec server and the agent for Windows version", add the name and IP address of the media server, and then click "Next";
7, the Installation Wizard to perform the verification before installation;
8, after verification, click Next;
9, display installation summary, confirm correct, click to install;
10, screen display installation process and progress;
11, after the installation of success, prompted the need to restart the computer, the installation process is complete, click Next;
12, click to complete, the end of the installation wizard;
13, arrange the appropriate time, restart the target server, complete the installation process.
