The details are as follows:

1. Find an image suitable for your office

First, we need to prepare an image as the background image of the ppt.

2. Open your ppt

Now I open the ppt file to be processed, right-click the blank space of the ppt, and click background in the pop-up menu, as shown in the following figure.

 

3. Select

A dialog frame will pop up. Click [fill effect] in the red box, as shown in the following figure.

 

4. Add a background image

In the pop-up "fill effect" dialog box, choose "image"> "select Image", as shown in the following figure.

 

5. Added successfully.

After selecting a good image, click OK. Then, we will return to the background window and click Application. If you want to apply the scenario to all the slides, click "Apply all ", click "application" for the moment.
