When ISA creates a forward cache, it may be necessary to disable caching for some sites, such as mail service points, because of security requirements.
Step 1: Start Isa, expand the directory in the left window, select the Cache node, select the Cache Rules tab in the Middle window, right-click the Forward cache rule option that was created before, execute the Properties command, and eject the Forward Cache Rule Properties dialog box.
Step 2: In the "Forward Cache Rule Properties" dialog box that pops up, select the To tab, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 3: Click the Add button to select the new 丨 URL set option in the Pop-up Add Network Entity dialog box, and the new URL Set Rule element dialog box to enter information such as the name and address that you want to disallow site caching in the dialog box, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 4: Click the OK button to return to the Add Network Entity dialog box, select the URL Set option in the dialog box, and select the new mail server list, as shown in Figure 3.

Step 5: Click the Add button in the Win7 system and add the mail server list to the Exceptions list box in the returned dialog box, as shown in Figure 4.

Step 6: Click the OK button, return to the main window, and then click the Apply button in the main window to make the setting take effect.
