Aliyun How the Enterprise mailbox is pop3/imap on Outlook office 2010
Step one: Start Outlook 2010 and select "File"-"info"-"Add Account".
Step two: Select "Email Account" and proceed to the next steps.
Step three: Select "Manually configure the server or other server type" and select "Next".
Step 4th: Select the Internet e-mail service and select Next.
5th step: Fill in the account information.
To add a new account choose to use the POP3 or IMAP protocol, below to fill in the POP3 protocol settings for example:
Incoming mail server: pop3.mxhichina.com or POP3. your domain name
Send mail server: smtp.mxhichina.com or SMTP. Your domain name
Incoming mail server: imap.mxhichina.com
Send mail server: smtp.mxhichina.com or SMTP. Your domain name
It is recommended that you use SSL encrypted connections to be more secure, and be aware that encrypted ports 465, 995, 993 are already open on your local computer and network.
Note: "Login Information" username location needs to fill out the full email address, such as: zhaoyun@zhuyuming.so.
6th step: "Other Settings"-"Send Server", check "My Send server (SMTP) requirements Authentication" and "use the same settings as the incoming mail server".
7th step: Click to enter advanced options.
POP3 protocol: The receiving server POP3 port number is: 110, the sending server SMTP port number is: 25
If you selected the IMAP protocol in the "Add New Account" page:
The receiving server IMAP port number is: 143, the sending server SMTP port number is: 25
8th step: Click "Next", the system will test the correctness of the configuration. The test is correct, the result is "completed" status, indicating that the account was added successfully, you can start using Outlook to send and receive mail!

First step: Open the Outlook Express client, click "Tools" in the Navigation-"account"-"Add"-"mail", go to the Settings page.
Step two: Fill in the account information.
Step three: Choose to use the POP3 protocol or IMAP protocol.
For example, to set the POP3 protocol, please refer to the following receive and send server addresses if you want to set up an IMAP protocol.

Fourth step: fills in the email address and the mailbox password. Note that the "account name" is required to complete the email address.
Fifth step: Click "Tools" in the Navigation again-"account", select the established mail account, click "Properties". The following figure:
Sixth step: Select "Server" to check "My server requires authentication".
Select advanced to check the send and receive mail server port number again.

Seventh Step: Click on the figure "OK", the mailbox settings completed. Start sending and receiving emails!
